How to pair JLab Audio headphones and earphones via Bluetooth

Connecting your JLab headphones via Bluetooth is divided into three categories depending on your model: true wireless headphones, wireless headphones, and wireless headphones. The process will differ slightly for each of these, but none of them make it too difficult to set everything up.

Put your JLab headphones or earphones into pairing mode

Here’s how to put JLab’s true wireless earbuds, including JBuds Air, JBuds Air Sport, Go Air Pop, Go Air Tones, Epic Air Sport, and JBuds Executive, into pairing mode:

  1. Press and hold the multifunction button on both earbuds for at least three seconds.
  2. On some models, there is no multi-function button, and when you remove the earbuds from the charging case, they automatically go into pairing mode.
  3. The LED on the left earbud should turn solid white and the LED on the right earbud should flash between blue and white. Some models, including the Epic Air Elite, will have both buttons flashing blue and white, and others can give you a voice prompt, like the Go Air Po.

Wireless headphones

You can put JLab wireless earbuds including JBuds Elite, JBuds Pro, Fit 2.0, Fit Sport, and Fit Sports 3 into pairing mode as follows:

  1. Hold down the multifunction button for 10 seconds.
  2. The LED should start flashing between red and blue.

Wireless headphones (in-ear and over-ear)

Here’s how to put JLab wireless headphones into pairing mode, including Studio Wireless, Studio ANC, Studio Icon, Studio On-Ear, Rewind Retro, Rewind Icon, Rewind Bluetooth, Flex Sport, Jubiddies Play Gaming Wireless Kids, Neon Wireless , Omni Folding and Play Gaming Wireless:

  1. Make sure the headphones are turned off.
  2. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds.
  3. The LED should start flashing between red and blue when it’s ready to pair.

Please note that some models may display different colors to indicate they are ready to pair, and some may even provide an audible prompt as well.

Connecting your JLab Audio headphones to your Android device is quite simple:

  1. Make sure your JLab Audio headphones or earphones are in pairing mode.
  2. Open Settings > Connected devices > Pair new device.
  3. Select your JLab headphones from the list.

iOS also makes it easy to pair JLab headphones:

  1. Make sure your JLab Audio headphones or earphones are in pairing mode.
  2. Open Settings > Bluetooth.
