Syracuse, NY — Syracuse football fans can put kickoff times for three more games on their calendars with less than 100 days until the start of the season.
Start times for the season opener and two other games were released Wednesday by the ACC.
The Oranges will open the season against Colgate at 4 pm on September 2 on ACC Network Extra.
The two programs last met in 2016, when Syracuse won its 16th straight game to even the all-time series at 31-31. SU has played host to all but four of the matchups.
Syracuse’s two non-Saturday games this fall occur one after the other: Week 9 against Virginia Tech is a Thursday night game, and Week 10 against Boston College is a Friday night game.
The Oranges will play the Hokies in Blacksburg, Virginia, at 7:30 pm on October 26 on ESPN.
SU and VT have met twice since the former joined the ACC, in 2016 and 2021, and 17 times before. The series is split 11-8 in favor of Syracuse with the Orange winning each of the last two meetings.
SU and Boston College will play at 7:30 pm on November 3 on ESPN2.
The Eagles are one of three annual opponents to the Orange under the ACC’s new 3-5-5 scheduling model. Last year, Syracuse beat BC, 32-23, en route to snapping a five-game losing streak and securing a winning record.
Earlier this week a fourth kick time was reported. Syracuse travels to West Lafayette, Indiana, to play Purdue at 7:30 pm on September 16 on NBC.
The matchup could be the first real test for the Orange this season, though Purdue is working with a new coaching staff led by first-year head coach Ryan Walters after Jeff Brohm resigned and returned to Louisville in late 2022.
The start time for Orange’s Week 2 game against West Michigan will likely be announced as soon as it is finalized by the network and conference.
Game times for Syracuse’s other seven matchups: vs. Army (September 23), vs. Clemson (September 30), at North Carolina (October 7), at Florida State (October 14), vs. Pittsburgh (November 30). 11), at Georgia Tech (November 18) and vs. Wake Forest (November 25), will be announced at a later date.
