Netflix just released its new spy action comedy series, fubar, directed by Nick Santora, along with producing Skydance Television and Blackjack Films.
However, the highlight of the series has to be Arnold Schwarzenegger in the title role opposite Monica Barbaro. The cast also includes Jay Baruchel, Aparna Brielle, Milan Carter, Fortune Feimster, Travis Van Winkle, Andy Buckley, Barbara Eve Harris, Gabriel Luna and others in pivotal roles.
The official synopsis of FUBARas provided by Netflix, it reads as:
“When a father and daughter learn that they have both been secretly working as CIA agents for years, they realize that their entire relationship has been a lie and that they really don’t know each other at all. Forced to form a team as partners, FUBAR addresses universal family dynamics against a global backdrop of spy, action fantasy and humor.”
The series released all eight episodes, each about 50 minutes long, together on Thursday, May 25. Fans of the iconic action star will have a blast seeing their favorite actor in action as a top notch spy, along with a quirky sense of humor that only Schwarzenegger can deliver.
